About

I am a comics maker, illustrator, and budding printmaker with a background in the social sciences. I use narrative and sequential art to engage the public, with a focus on contemporary agricultural-environmental issues. I use ethnography (a mode of qualitative research that involves active participation in addition to formal interviews and photo documentation) to develop visual projects. My current focus is on wildfire prevention through targeted grazing with sheep and goats throughout California.
